This site sells handmade bracelets with a stainless steel clasp. Each product page states the material, colour, clasp type and available sizes.

Because the products are handmade, slight variation in colour and texture between the photograph and the item you receive is normal and is not considered a defect.

To place an order, choose a model and size, add it to the cart, and complete the order form: name, phone number, city and address.

After you submit, you receive an order number in the format IB-XXXX. That number is your confirmation — keep it.

The contract is concluded once our operator contacts you by phone and confirms the order.

We reserve the right to decline an order if the product has sold out, the contact details given are not valid, or the order was clearly placed in error. We will contact you if that happens.

All prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and include VAT.

A delivery fee is added to the price of the goods and is shown separately. The final total appears in the cart before you confirm.

The price that applies is the price shown on the site at the moment you place the order.

Online card payment is being connected and is not active yet.

Until it is, orders are taken by phone. Call or message +995 599 10 99 33 on WhatsApp and we will place the order together.

We deliver across Georgia by courier, within 2–3 working days.

The delivery fee is 7 ₾. Details are on the Delivery page.

For distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

We are responsible for the quality of the product and for it matching the description on this site.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, chemical cleaning agents or mechanical force.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first by phone or email. Our aim is to resolve the matter by agreement.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the site at the moment you placed your order.
